Enhanced Analytics, Living Reports, and the Integration Hub

This release focuses on three areas that our most active users have been requesting: deeper analytics, improved report generation, and a proper integration management system. Together, they make Vision™ significantly more useful for teams that are actively executing transformation programs, not just planning them.

Enhanced Analytics Dashboard

The analytics dashboard now provides time-series tracking for all key metrics — DX maturity score, constraint resolution rate, project velocity, and adoption metrics. You can set custom date ranges, compare periods, and export data for your own analysis. We also added cohort analysis, so you can compare how different teams or departments are progressing relative to each other.

Living Reports

Reports were previously generated as static snapshots. The new Living Reports are dynamic documents that stay current as your data changes. You can configure update frequency, set alert thresholds, and share reports via link — recipients always see the latest version. Reports are also now fully customizable: choose which modules to include, set the detail level, and add your own commentary.

Integration Hub

The Integration Hub connects Vision™ to the tools your team already uses — Slack, Jira, Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and more. Integrations are bidirectional: data flows into Vision™ to enrich the organizational model, and insights flow out to the tools where your team works. Setup is self-service, with guided configuration for each integration.

This is important because Vision™'s analysis improves with more data sources. A diagnostic that only uses website data and a questionnaire produces decent results. A diagnostic that also pulls from your CRM, project management tool, and communication platform produces dramatically better results because it can see actual workflows, not just reported ones.
