The sequencing engine considers resource constraints, organizational capacity for change, and the relationships between initiatives to produce roadmaps that are actually executable.

For example, if your diagnostic reveals that you need both a CRM upgrade and a data warehouse migration, the sequencing engine knows that the data warehouse should come first — because the CRM upgrade will be significantly easier and cheaper once the data infrastructure is in place. DX Project Management

Every insight in Vision™ can now be converted into a DX project with a single click. Projects are pre-populated with context from the diagnostic — the constraint it addresses, the expected impact, related dependencies, and suggested milestones. This means projects start with structure, not a blank page.

Projects include built-in change management tools: stakeholder mapping, communication plans, adoption tracking, and resistance monitoring. Because change management is integrated into the project structure rather than treated as a separate workstream, it actually gets done.

Progress tracking in Vision™ is outcome-based, not activity-based. Instead of tracking whether tasks were completed, we track whether the constraint is being resolved and whether the expected impact is materializing.
