Vision™ started as a single-player experience — one person runs a diagnostic, reviews the findings, and decides what to do. But transformation is a team sport. This release makes Vision™ multiplayer with real-time collaboration, role-based access, and an integrated messaging system.
Real-Time Collaboration
Multiple team members can now work inside the same Vision™ workspace simultaneously. You can see who's online, what they're looking at, and collaborate on findings in real time. Comments can be attached to any element — a specific constraint, an opportunity, a project milestone — creating threaded discussions that stay attached to the relevant context.
Role-Based Access
Not everyone needs access to everything. The new role system lets you configure access at a granular level: who can run diagnostics, who can view reports, who can manage projects, and who can modify organizational data. We provide sensible defaults for common roles — executive sponsor, program manager, team lead, analyst — but everything is customizable.
Notification System
The notification system is designed around signal-to-noise ratio. Instead of blasting everyone with every update, notifications are contextual — you get notified about changes that are relevant to your role, your projects, and your areas of responsibility. Notifications are delivered in-app, via email digest, and through Slack integration if configured.
Messaging Inbox
The integrated messaging inbox keeps transformation-related communication inside the platform where it belongs. Messages are threaded and attached to context — a project, a finding, a milestone. This means conversations don't get lost in email chains or scattered across Slack channels. Everything stays connected to the work it's about.
