Vision™ 2.0: A Complete Platform Redesign Built for Clarity
Vision™ 2.0 is the biggest release in Cultivation's history. It's not an incremental improvement — it's a complete reimagining of the platform from the ground up. New design system, new analysis engine, new AI capabilities, and entirely new product categories that didn't exist in version 1.
The Glassmorphism Design System
The visual redesign is immediately apparent. We moved from a conventional dashboard aesthetic to a glassmorphism design system — translucent panels, subtle borders, and layered depth that makes complex information feel approachable. Every component was redesigned: cards, charts, navigation, modals, and data visualizations.
This wasn't a cosmetic decision. The previous design used heavy visual chrome that competed with the data for attention. The new system puts information first, using transparency and layering to create visual hierarchy without visual noise.
28 Analysis Modules
Version 1 had 12 analysis modules. Version 2 has 28. The new modules cover areas we couldn't address before: supply chain resilience, talent pipeline analysis, technology debt quantification, customer journey mapping, innovation readiness, and regulatory compliance exposure. Each module produces structured findings that feed into the constraint ranking engine and the knowledge graph.
AI-Powered Insights
The insight generation engine was completely rebuilt. Version 1 used rule-based heuristics — if X metric is below Y threshold, generate Z insight. Version 2 uses a combination of pattern matching, anomaly detection, and large language models to generate contextual insights that account for industry norms, company size, growth stage, and the relationships between findings across modules.
The result is insights that feel like they were written by a senior consultant who deeply understands your specific situation, not a template engine filling in blanks.
Digital Twin and Scenario Simulation
The marquee new capability in Vision™ 2.0 is the Digital Twin — a continuously-updated model of your organization that you can query, explore, and simulate against. Combined with the new Scenario Simulation engine, you can now test strategic decisions before making them: What happens if we delay the CRM migration by six months? What's the impact of reducing the engineering team by 20%? How does prioritizing customer experience over operational efficiency change our three-year trajectory?
Living Reports
Reports in Version 1 were static PDFs generated at a point in time. Living Reports in Version 2 are dynamic documents that update as your organization changes. Share a Living Report with your board, and they'll always see the latest data — not a snapshot from three months ago. Reports can be configured to auto-update on a schedule or trigger updates when specific thresholds are crossed.
